Details: This platter is hand thrown with low-fire earthenware. After curing for several days, its form is smoothed and prepped for the carving process. Each perforation is tooled, carved, and cleaned several times in order to create a finished surface. After a bisque firing, it is glazed and fired a final time. All trays are dishwasher and food safe. 14" H x 25" W
